ENGINEERED FOR STRENGTH, DESIGNED FOR Industrial PERFORMANCE

CWM’s die castings deliver the strength, dimensional stability, and repeatability required for critical components across a broad range of industrial sectors, all while maintaining the lowest possible unit cost.

Our porosity-controlled, precision die castings perform reliably in demanding environments such as marine power steering systems, industrial pumping equipment, and commercial air compression assemblies. In one application, a manifold valve incorporates seven external threads cast in place, eliminating six separate machined parts and improving both durability and assembly efficiency. Die casting also provides the strength and as-cast surface finish needed for zinc commercial door hardware and industrial lighting housings. For portable industrial tools, lightweight magnesium and aluminum castings deliver high impact strength in applications such as pneumatic nail gun housings, industrial scanners, and global positioning devices.

Across these and many other applications, die cast components made from magnesiumzinc, and aluminum alloys offer far greater structural integrity and thermal performance than plastic alternatives, a critical advantage for equipment operating at higher speeds, higher temperatures, and higher duty cycles.
