Die Casting

• 11 automated cold chamber aluminum casting/trimming cells (400 to 1000 tons).
• 3 hot chamber zinc machines (315 ton)
• 4-slide miniature zinc equipment
• We provide castings in aluminum, zinc, or magnesium alloys weighing from 0.001 lb. to 8 lbs. (3.6 kg) depending on geometry.

Machining

• 35 CNC machining centers
• 20+ dedicated custom machining cells
• Drilling, reaming, tapping, milling, turning

Assembly/Testing/Inspection

• Manual, semi-automated, and fully automated assembly cells, leak testing stations, and camera-based inspection systems.
• 2 Coordinate Measurement Machines (CMM’s) as well as a full scope of other metrology equipment
• Yxlon MU2000 160kV Real Time X-Ray and CT scanning machine

Robots/Cobots

• Robots and collaborative robots (cobots) support die casting, trimming, machining, finishing, assembly, and inspection
• We design and build custom automation systems to enhance consistency and safety while reducing cost.

Engineering/Design

• Stratasys F170 3D printer
• SolidWorks CAD software for 3D design and engineering of parts and tooling
• Magmasoft casting simulation software
