Chicago White Metal Partners with Fenton High School’s Business INCubator Program

Chicago White Metal (CWM) has proudly supported the Bensenville community and Fenton High School for decades, building strong connections through facility tours, classroom presentations, and ongoing engagement. This long-standing partnership reflects CWM’s commitment to fostering academic excellence and inspiring the next generation of entrepreneurs. By providing students with early exposure to real-world career paths, CWM helps equip future leaders with the knowledge and confidence needed to succeed beyond graduation.

Most recently, CWM partnered with Fenton High School to support the school’s Business INCubator program—an innovative, hands-on curriculum in which students develop their own business concepts with guidance from experienced entrepreneurs and industry professionals. Throughout the program, participants gain valuable experience in idea generation, market research, business planning, marketing, accounting, human resources, and legal considerations.

This year, CWM has been mentoring two student-led startups—Brush & Go and Xpandi. Both teams are dedicating themselves to developing thoughtful, practical solutions to everyday challenges. One of the key milestones in the program is the “MVP Pitch,” an exciting event where students present their business concepts to a panel of entrepreneurs in hopes of securing funding. With guidance from CWM mentors and support from their committed teachers, both Brush & Go and Xpandi successfully earned investment to advance their products. Programs like this continue to play a vital role in equipping young people with the skills, confidence, and real-world experience they need to thrive in today’s workforce.

CWM is honored to support Fenton High School and its mission to empower future business professionals. To follow the progress of the Business INCubator program, visit their Instagram page: @incubatoredu_fenton.
